Nov 2005 DNDII - DNDII is now available and there are a lot of mixed feelings about this film. Some people liked it better than the first one and others didn't. The best part of the film was Bruce but where the heck was Damodar in the film? The characters talked about him more than the screen time he had. If the film was called: Wrath of the Dragon God. Wasn't that in reference to Damodar? And where was the wrath? Sigh... and there wasn't an awesome sword scene too boot. Damodar is one of my favourites and I wanted to see more. The cool thing is that I have a few behind the scenes photos from the film. Click here to see them! I hope everyone is doing okay. Remembrance day is coming

The Joker - For those who have seen the latest Batman Begins film, you'll know exactly why there's a new poster promoting the sequel. Yummm... Bruce as The Joker is indeed possible and it's one role of which I would really like Bruce to play. I think Bruce would put a very interesting twist to the card playing criminal. The dynamic of Bruce and Bale would be very cool to see onscreen. Don't forget to place your vote on The Joker Poll which is on the main page. If you're catching Live 8 right now, enjoy! June 2005 Summertyme- There's still banter happening as to who is going to be the new Bond. I've watched "Layer Cake" with Daniel Craig and I think he may cut it. You have to watch him in order to see his style. I really hope DND2 comes out in the next few months. There's supposed to be a release in Russia in Sept. but the last time I checked there wasn't any dates for the US. Hey carcyn and taradorff if you're out there please drop a line on the message board. The auction I plan to have won't happen just yet. There are a lot of cool goodies, there's indeed time to save up. Lucy, I hope the music video is working out for you! Stacey, keep on writing gurl! Debbie I will email you soon. THE JOKER- Bruce as the Joker would indeed be something to see... Clockwork Orange meets Batman... hmmmm.... yes O Brother, I think it would work quite well. I would really like to see Bruce's take on the role of The Joker! I hope you'll agree. There's a poll on the main page to input your thoughts! From all the Cheers I've heard about the upcoming Batman film with Christian Bale, they are sure to make another... only instead of the Scarecrow they MUST incorporate THE JOKER! NEW BOND - Congratulations to Daniel Craig for being cast as the NEW BOND. A BLONDE BOND at that! I've made a few changes to celebrate. YES YES YES... I think Bruce would indeed compliment Daniel as the Bond Bad Bloke in the next Bond Flick CASINO ROYALE! Thank you Mark for your input with the novel an film. The BLONDE BONDSHELLS... I know that was bad... I couldn't help myself.... L.L.A.P! AHAHAHA - Thank you Sabrina for the note re: The Adventures of Jacob Kell on the Highlander Board . That was a good laugh to read. I DO recognize a lot of the images but hey who would have ever thought that DND, Star Wars, The Muppets and Bruce Payne would be jumbled into such storytelling. Go Kermit! March 2005 It's Official - AGWLBP is now an officially recognized fan site by the official site www.brucepayne.co.uk . Double congrats to Regine's Tribute to BP site also being recognized! It's also very cool that my website has been officially linked by RADA'S website for the last few years. It's the acting school of which Bruce attended. I've added an updates mailing list for those who want to be informed of major updates (see above). Otherwise if you want to discuss Bruce, you'll need to join Regine's Message Board. I also wanted to say hi to Debbie in the UK. Please email me as I no longer have your email address. Hi to everyone else, it's nice that it's springtime! To the others who have "issues", don't drop by to visit then. You'll be missing out on stuff that you won't find anywhere else.

BOYCOTTING 1.0 - There seems to be some confusion regarding the 1.0 Boycott. Although somewhat contradictory, the photos of Bruce are PROMOTING his SENSUALITY, it is by no means promoting the film. It's still a work in progress. There was a special request to post the photos and I have obliged. Besides, who hasn't needed to take a cold shower after looking at them? You won't see them elsewhere. I STILL WON'T OWN THE FILM nor promote it. I'm not the only one who thinks this way. As for hurting Bruce with this Boycott? The PR for DND2 has already done more for Bruce than the total ZERO PR 1.0 did. Take the 1st press release from First Look Media for Dungeons and Dragons: The Elemental Might. I believe they mention Bruce's name 3 times! THREE TIMES! And that's just the beginning! AGWLBP and Bruce will prevail from this Boycott. I was asked to take the Boycott off by someone who didn't even sign their email. They also personally attacked me because they didn't like my stance. This person stated "It's not fair of you to use this web site to voice such a narrow minded opinion". If I want to post my opinions on my website, I CAN! In all fairness it IS because Bruce wasn't treated fairly that I am boycotting this film... if FAIR was played properly in the beginning, then I wouldn't be typing this right now. The main complaint I get about this site is that it takes forever to download. As for the design and structure, this site represents 8 years of finding and posting Bruce's work. The last time I redesigned this site was 5 years ago. Things get added and over time the mass of new information builds up. It's A LARGE site. I even get lost on it. I would do it differently if I were to start it today. For those who have seen my other work, I need not explain my abilities. A reminder this is a fan site. The official site is getting a new look, so I've been told. It should be online in a month or so. Normally I don't get irritated by such things BUT in the history of this site, when have I publicly boycotted a film? Never. I'm even more irritated by ignorance. My stance still stands. It is an educated one. I also don't make things like this public but I think the rest of the fans who follow this site and know me SHOULD know. Stacey, DND2 will be on DVD in the summer. The Brothel isn't out on DVD yet. It's still stuck in post-production. Moonbreaker: Dressed To Thrill is currently in pre-production. It'll be a theatrical release! Warner Bros. will be releasing DND2. I hope to have more info soon. BTW I've not seen Bruce's name at all in the 1.0 DVD release so I am BOYCOTTING this film. |
